Big O Tires

It was an overall excellent experience from scheduling appointment/checkin and time it took for Brake Pads/Rotors on front and oil change w/tire rotation.

Had to have a tire repaired, Was taken care of right a way. Good Experian's.

My experience with Taylor (W) and the other employees working was fantastic. She was super helpful, and it was nice to be treated as a person, and you could tell it is a fun and comfortable place to work. The only problem I had was with the Big O card/financing, but that is on Comenity and CitiBank, and not Big O themselves.

my granddaughter had an object in one of her tires, she called to see if they had time to fix it. They said sure bring it in. They fixed the tire and when we went to pay for it they said NO CHARGE, unreal. Thank you

The staff are friendly and provide clear information about service. When pricing tires, I was provided printed estimates and information about each brand for decision making.

I was looking to dispose of old tires. Called all over town and everyone was asking for over double the price Big O Tires did. Will be returning for other services!

Quick service and friendly employees

Taylor was FANTASTIC!!! There was an issue with an employee promising me my vehicle would be completed this day because I absolutely had to have it the next day for an important business trip. This was not going to happen. Taylor stepped in, took control of the situation and is made sure I had my vehicle. I will forever be a Big O customer now due to how Taylor took care of this situation. HUGE KUDOS TO TAYLOR!!!
