Big O Tires

I showed up without an appointment and got right in. I had been to 2 other shops in the area and was happy to hear that not only didn't I have to wait, but they had tires in my size in stock. The only issue was that 3 of 4 tires shown in stock were available at this location. The manager let me know about the hold up and was giving me options while on the phone to another store to check on in stock availability. They had my tire and a runner was sent and we were back on track. Overall the wait was longer than the hour estimated, however given the minor issue that was resolved almost immediately it was worth the time and money spent to get the service not only from the manager but the technician who was working on my vehicle and the runner to get the tire. I'm very pleased with the service and value I received and will be back as a customer

Accurate and fair quote. Great service. Had special install request due to uniqueness of my vehicle and was easily handled per request. Will be back for other tires as needed.

I saw a coupon being promoted on Facebook. It was easy to use the coupon and it was a great price.

My car wouldn’t start and I had it towed to Big O. They got me in right away and fixed the car the next morning. They quoted me $800, and when I picked up my car they told me they forgot to add in part of the labor cost so the cost should have been $1000 but since they quoted me $800 they were only charging me $800. What truly impeccable customer service and honesty. I was so so pleased. Everyone at the store was so good about answering my questions and calling me with updates, too.

Nail in tire: Walked in at 7:00am and they fit me in to get my tire fixed. Very much appreciate their help!

It was an overall excellent experience from scheduling appointment/checkin and time it took for Brake Pads/Rotors on front and oil change w/tire rotation.
