This is not the first time I have been to the store and it won’t be the last. These guys always put my needs first, they listen, offer suggestions and advice, then they let you think about things without pressure. They always have room in their busy schedule to take a look at something which is hard to find these days. This is a very well managed store. I really appreciate the work this store continues to provide me both up front and in the shop.

I am highly satisfied because of Tevin Mincy who volunteered to take me back home after dropping off my car after I asked if there was anyone who could take me home a couple blocks away. I have a very bad hip and my husband got called out of town. That is service above and beyond. Also, I couldn’t get back to pick it up and so he stored it inside as it is a high performance BMW He also explained other things I need to my car with great detail. I will be back later to have that arm replaced. I really enjoy working with Young professionals. Tevin is in my opinion a great employee and asset for your store. Store.

Costs were estimated when I scheduled the work so I could plan ahead. Communication was excellent throughout. All staff I interacted with were pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable.

They were very courteous and were prompt on getting me at scheduled time. They showed me why we kept getting a low pressure warning on our vehicle. they pulled a nail out of the which was causing the slow leak.
