Was able to get in quickly. Brian explained everything and answered my questions. He also helped me figure out an issue with my vehicle.

In phone conversations leading up to my purchase (to discuss brands, models, and pricing), adviser Brian and manager Tevin could not have been more helpful in answering my questions and and guiding my ultimate selection. Later, while onsite awaiting installation of the tires I purchased, I observed the same exceptional courtesy and service being extended to ALL customers--whether they phoned in or visited the store in person. Also, I was grateful for the manager's working with me to honor Big O's price-match guarantee. I could have purchased tires at any number of other local dealers; however, I appreciate the great customer service at this location.

Good check in experience and good communication

Tevin greeted me by name as I walked in for my appointment. He was positive, knowledgeable, engaging, funny and polite. All things that have become rare in customer service the last few years. As long as he's working there I'd return to Big O Tires for all my tire related needs.

Store initially charged me for an alignment and I was able to go into my car to get documentation that I have a package and did not have to pay for it. This is completely the opposite of Altoona location where I was charged for something that that was covered under my tire plan and i had to pay before I could go into my car to get documentation and then was refunded.

Resolved an alignment issue, got me into a set of new tires with fast courteous service.
