Big O Tires

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing and installing new tires for my Jeep Renegade at Big O Tires, and I am thrilled with the experience. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. The staff at Big O Tires were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out in no time. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with excellent tire options that fit my budget. Not only did I receive exceptional service, but I also saved a significant amount of money compared to other tire shops. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend Big O Tires to anyone in need of quality tires and top-notch customer service.

Tevin did a great job at getting a quote for tires and alignment. Brian assisted when I called in to get appointment. Tevin got me all taken care of after new tires Austin did a great job on my tires and alignment.

I came in with a tire problem. They checked it thoroughly and found no problem, filled ghe tires to the correct pressure. When I asked if I was ready for new tires yet, they said absolutely not.

I received an estimate on new tires at my oil change service. All I had to do is call them to schedule my appointment to have them installed. However I wasn’t satisfied with the performance of the tires that were taken off purchased through Big O. They were only 2 years old with only 24,000 miles on them. The employee at the front desk, Tevin, always goes above and beyond with customer service.

Staff was extremely responsive and helpful in expediently replacing [recently purchased] tire damaged by an unseen road hazard (brass hose connector that I drove over).

My son didn’t like the tires we originally purchased for his truck from this location. They worked with me and helped me get tires he liked put on his truck. My son is now happy with his truck again.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helped with a problem that i had with the wiper blades that were installed at a previous visit.

Service and follow up always… great. Tevian is a great person to work with… personable, cordial, great smile..Super gentleman.

Tevin and Brian did a great job of checking me in and explaining a problem they found during tire rotation. The Lugnuts had become corroded and needed to be replaced and they had some on hand which I appreciated. I was in an out in about 25 minutes, and I will be back again to buy my tires and service my vehicles.
