I made my appointment online and it was very easy to do. There was no hassle in selecting the day and time of my appointment. We dropped off my vehicle and went down the street for breakfast and then ran a couple of errands when I got the call that the vehicle was done and the whole process took about 2 hours, perfect.

The staff is easy to get along with. They communicate well with you and quickly take care of you!

I didn’t know that Big O offered so many services. They were very detailed in communication and the work they did. I will definitely keep coming back, the employees were very trustworthy, which is hard to come by at an auto shop.

Tevin and staff helped me in my time of need. Nobody plans on running over a screw! They accepted me, welcomed me, helped me and got me back on the road with a safe tire! And they did it all with a smile!
