Big O Tires

The Big O facility needs to be bigger and more mechanics can get more vehicles done and be more efficient in getting all the issues done. I had to go back twice to get my real issue finally resolved. There new computer system is all good. The place needs about 10 to 12 open bays too get the work done. Lot of customers that go too Big O. Wayne did run the business too top priorities, very pleased with the work in the past.!!

Maybe build a second Big O tire store here in Page Current facility has customers turned away for lack of technicians for vehicle services (tire replacement or repair, brake servicing, or other vehicle services)

Honor warranties. Stop charging elderly Navajo woman for your mistakes. Why did this take almost a year and still charging my elderly mother for warranty parts and job that were installed and warranted by Page Big O.

Hire people that gonna work, not stand at counter.
