The technician did not tell me of the process or what they did. No recommendations from the Technician. The restroom needed cleaning.

After receiving Oil and Filter change, and tire balance and rotation, I received my vehicle back with the low tire pressure indicator light on. I figured that should have been caught during quality control following the service. If I didn’t have places to go, I would have brought it to the tech attention at the time.

I was not able to use my Auto Advantage account because you were updating your computers. But that was nobody's fault. It is probably fixed by now.

The Big O facility needs to be bigger and more mechanics can get more vehicles done and be more efficient in getting all the issues done. I had to go back twice to get my real issue finally resolved. There new computer system is all good. The place needs about 10 to 12 open bays too get the work done. Lot of customers that go too Big O. Wayne did run the business too top priorities, very pleased with the work in the past.!!
