The sales associate 237114 was not welcome and she act as if,I should be shopping in the store. She was rude and unprofessional.

The price said one thing but rang up at a different price. The sales person told me oh someone put the wto g price.

There were 2 clerks, one was friendly and with another cx. Monique H was the other. She was rude to me and the other waiting customer. She heavy sighed, interrupted me, ignored the other customer’s question. When asked “Who’s next, I don’t care which one of you it is”. My friend responded “We’ve been here awhile.” and Monique H rolled her eyes and said “So has everyone else”. The other clerk told her which ring I had been looking at and was trying to help while finishing up with her own cx. When asked what ring size, I replied “8” and M.H. sighed again and said “7.5 or 8.5”. “I don’t know if we have that” she had begun talking to the coworker but never acknowledged my answer of 8.5. She only made eye contact when I paid and pushed the iPad toward me to enter my contact info. She never smiled, thanked me or said anything else other than “print or emailed receipt”. I’m in a customer service business as well and don’t negatively respond on surveys. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then. Monique H made no effort to be nice.

I wish there was more diversity in terms of the charms. None of the charms represent black culture which is disappointing as there are many black Pandora associates and customers. I'm curious to know why I've seen other cultures represented beautifully and why black culture isn't represented.

The associate helping my daughter and I, Laquasia, was not friendly and extremely short with us. My daughter choose a bracelet as we walked up, but Laquasia failed to share charm options. She came across as if we were a bother to her. She walked away while we were having a conversation with her to help a coworker. Given this wouldn’t have been an issue if she told us “excuse me for a moment” or any other pleasantry rather than just walking off, leaving us waiting for her to return. Laquasia was abrasive in stating that this location was not cleaning bracelets until after January. During the checkout process, she mentioned we couldn’t get something because we were under another deal. No idea what the something or deal was as she didn’t not explain and spoke quickly even when asked to explain and we made it clear we didn’t understand what she meant. Overall, she was fast but her customer service skills (if one was to call it that) left nothing to be desired. If this was my first experience at Pandora, I would not make a future purchase. If I return to this location, I will ensure she is not the associate that helps me.

Walked in and there is barely any room to maneuver in there with a stroller. The inventory was disorganized and not with matching label. Sales associates were not welcoming and definitely seemed annoyed or overwhelmed with everything. Being a new customer knowing nothing of the product was an annoyance to not have personal able conversation with associate. Had to seek assistance and keep finding a path to get to counter. No room in store and not welcoming.

We have been shopping Pandora on Black Friday for 10 years and this was the worst experience. No catalogs available to look through during our looong wait. Store was crowded, so looking at displays was limited. Salesperson seemed hurried while we wanted to see a few things. As a result, we purchased only one charm each and left thinking this might be the last of our Pandora visits.

Sellers don't want to be serviced. The seller wanted us to study the product before coming. The sales person never looked at us or gave us a smile

I was not satisfied because of the service. I walked into the store and I was not greeted it was more of people staring and not speaking. Also, I was not asked if I needed help finding anything or I had to go over and ask to buy something.
