There was no one to attend to me in Serramonte Mall when I got there on 19 June. The sales staff was not courteous enough to attend to me and instead entertained the customer who went in after me. I waited for her to show me the items on sale on that day because she was busy with other stuff. When the other customer came in, she showed the items on sale and i took that chance to check the said items also. While we're both looking at the items, she told me she will attend to her first (when in fact, I went in ahead of that costumer!) Very RUDE. Anyway, It was kind of that customer to tell your sales staff that it's ok with her if I will be accommodated! i forgot to get her name though. Her Assoc No in the receipt is 231086. Please teach her good customer service! I was OFFENDED..
