Juan H is one of the kindest people from whom I have received help in a purchase and because of him we bought 2 items for my mother that were beautiful. This was in the serramonte center store.

The associate was very kind. She was attentive and cleaned my bracelet. Waiting time was far less then other times.

Veronica was great! Really the entire store staff was great and really helpful. They had 1 ring in stock and they all looked everywhere for it, unfortunately they weren't able to locate it, no worries as I could order it online. Much better than Hillsdale's associate who was extremely RUDE and clearly should not be in customer service.

The very nice and patient person who took care of me is named Veronica P, she is the best because she helped me as soon as I walked in and luckily I already knew what I was looking for and I showed her immediately what I was looking for and we were done with the process very fast, payment was fast she offered many other options but I respectfully declined and she was very nice over all with what my honest responds were , please give her a raise or bonus !!!
