I’ve been to all the local tire places in town And had nothing but problems. With in the last 3 months big o hav put tires on all my three Cars and has done other work. Austin is the Best keep up the good work.. lee brown

This is my 2nd time at this location. Both times for tire inspection and nail removal. They are fast, nice and explained everything. Honest about wait time. I’m buying my next tires here due to the fast and easy service

Associates made sure I was taken care of with a rental car and updates on my vehicle even though lots of bad things happened, staff was courteous and accommodating

Friendly service and fair price

Fast and easy experience getting tires swapped for winter. The lady at the fromt desk was both efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Didn’t feel like I was over paying at all. Also I’m glad to see a new business in the valley that isn’t just ran by investors or some big corporate company. Glad to see it family owned and operated by such kind and welcoming people. Will definitely be using big o tires for all my future tire and maintenance needs.
