I scheduled my vehicle for a certain time. my car was taken into the shop and serviced on time. I was very satisfied That's all of the services That were given to me.

Every visit the advisors are pleasant and very communicative regarding services and pricing.

We dealt with Big O Tire in another state, and loved them…This store is fairly new to our town and we were excited to use them when needed. We also had “issues” with 2 of the other tire stores in town previously, so when Big O Tire opened here….we were really happy and hoped we’d have a great experience….WE DID!

Made appointment on line and decided to call tire shop and got recorded message and phone rang and rang. I called a Big so in Reno told him my situation that I couldn’t get store to answer phone. Reno store gentleman took my phone number and said he would get my store to call me Austin called and I’m glad he did. The Nittos I ordered were not in stock till Friday. Austin advised his big O brand had a good tire for my vehicle Please get your phone fixed you’re probably loosing business if customers can’t call you I’ll be back for tire rotation and oil changes

The customer service is outstanding. Angela, Chris and Austin were extremely helpful and courteous.

The associates were very nice and informative. We discussed tire options and what was best for my situation and driving needs. They showed me the tires and explained the differences between them.
