No appointment. Friendly greeting. Tires were in stock. Tire installation was fast. Free alignment check, in which the technician actually hooked up the alignment heads to my wheels and got the measurements. Peace of mind warranty.

Live out of town so I had to wait for tire rotation and oil change. Was there less than an hour.
