Chris was amazing, truly excellent service and he was extremely knowledgeable.

Chris and Tyler are exceptional to work with. Great service, went out of their way to help. I have six cars and this store is my go to store for all my vehicle needs due to Chris and Tyler!

The team took good care of me, and were very communicative about my car's needs and what they could do to resolve any of the issues. On a side note, I had a long conversation with this guy Dan in the waiting room and he was one of the coolest people I'd ever met. I hope his health is ok.

The staff was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. The service was completed within an hour and they even shined my tires.

This location is close to my office and they are always quick to get started and the service is done quick. The lobby is nice and a good space to work on a laptop while waiting.

I had alot of problems with my car and it was going to cost me alot of money. Chris the service manager offered to help me get credit. I have a flip phone and it was not possible to uses the link he offered me his phone and walked me through the process even though I changed my mind and chose to pay cash. He did not make me feel stupid or he was patient and understanding of my feelings. I have always had good experiences at the store but Chris was a good example of what great customer service is all about. He represents your store with the type of service people need when it comes to having to spend money when sometimes we really don't have extra money.

Chris was extremely helpful in helping me to decide which tires to buy, he was able to explain to me the difference between tires in a way I could understand.

I appreciate that there's a Big O Tires location close enough to my house for me to walk so that I can drop it off and pick it up without much fuss on my own. Also, Steve Petersen was wonderful; he clearly explained everything to me and made it easy for me to schedule quick service.
