Big O Tires

I stopped by and got my tire size and a quote … went home searched online found a similar tire and scheduled my appointment online. Before my appointment I called in and verified they had the tires I wanted to purchases and they ordered it by the time I arrived an hour later for my appointment, I added some addition requests to check my breaks. At some point during my service they called to tell me my tires were done but that they noticed I needed to get my alignment done and offered to do it and 20 min later I could stop by to pick up my car. I just felt like they were so nice, professional, fast, honest. I am so thankful I have a warranty with these guys because I feel like they will take care of my any concern or need.

The team took good care of me, and were very communicative about my car's needs and what they could do to resolve any of the issues. On a side note, I had a long conversation with this guy Dan in the waiting room and he was one of the coolest people I'd ever met. I hope his health is ok.

This location is close to my office and they are always quick to get started and the service is done quick. The lobby is nice and a good space to work on a laptop while waiting.

I had alot of problems with my car and it was going to cost me alot of money. Chris the service manager offered to help me get credit. I have a flip phone and it was not possible to uses the link he offered me his phone and walked me through the process even though I changed my mind and chose to pay cash. He did not make me feel stupid or he was patient and understanding of my feelings. I have always had good experiences at the store but Chris was a good example of what great customer service is all about. He represents your store with the type of service people need when it comes to having to spend money when sometimes we really don't have extra money.

Chris was extremely helpful in helping me to decide which tires to buy, he was able to explain to me the difference between tires in a way I could understand.
