The technician told me that I needed to have my mechanic Top Off the transmission fluid as it had been leaking. It is a sealed system in my 2016 MKX and he didn't know that. His advice to take it to a Lincoln dealer/ service shop was good but I was shocked he didn't know it was a sealed transmission system...there could be no topping off done!

I felt like an hour to patch a tire and replace a sensor in the same tire is way to long I have have patched tires myself and it should only take about 30 min even to do a thorough job

I had a coupon for a $34.99 oil change and was charged $54.97 before taxes. I asked why the difference and was told it was labor, but they didn't vacuum or even wash the windows. I inquired about tires since I again had a coupon for buy 3 and get one free but the quote seemed to be approximately 1 tire off. When I asked the mgr told me it was labor which is $62.50 each for mount and balance. That would be the highest in Dodge. .

Customer service was great, staff was great explaining things to me at the office, had my oil changed & tires rotated, I was super satisfied with everything & had discussed getting my brakes done & changing a hose that needed replaced to my vehicle. But as I drove down 14th Ave heading to my house, maybe a mile out of leaving Midas my car started shaking a bit, & felt weak & had several lights pop up on my dash, I quickly turned onto my street ( my car was slow & hard to turn ) & drove slowly til I made it home. I have not been able to drive my car since. I called Midas & explained to them what happened. They said it had nothing to do with my oil change or my tires being rotated. But my car was working fine prior to this. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the oil change or tires being rotated, (since I know my car is kind of complicated) i don’t know if possibly something was not put back together properly. But either way after this incident I was a l disappointed, because I had left Midas super happy with my experience. Until I drove down a mile.

Tried scheduling appt and was not called back. Took my car in and seat was left leaned all the way back, car was dirty and jumbled unlike how I brought it in. Time taken as extensive as well

Have more qualified technicians. View other options on diagnosis not just going off the sheet that says the code and going of the first thing that it says can cause
