The service was fast and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I liked how they explained and showed me the inspection and the pictures they take. I love that because they have proof of what needs done and why. Very clean and comfortable seats while I waited. I am going back and have told several people about my experience.

The technician told me that I needed to have my mechanic Top Off the transmission fluid as it had been leaking. It is a sealed system in my 2016 MKX and he didn't know that. His advice to take it to a Lincoln dealer/ service shop was good but I was shocked he didn't know it was a sealed transmission system...there could be no topping off done!
