I was very satisfied because they gave me the total cost of what everything would be before I dropped it off. When I came back to pick up my vehicle they explained all the problems it had during inspection and had a quote prepared for me. Also he helped me use a coupon to lower the cost of everything all in all extremely good customer service.

Easy to deal with. Told me issues my vehicle may have. Showed me in detail the issues I could have. Gave good suggestions to help fix the issues as well.
