It took longer than I think it should have for an oil change. Also, they left my vehicle dirty. There are greasy fingerprints all over my drivers door, and all over my hood felt like my steering wheel was dirty as well.

Alignments are just out of control on price. Out the door 111.00. I’m only 48 and i’ve been getting my cars aligned for around 40 dollars my whole life from pretty much anywhere. But now it’s become a bank breaker. No issues with the service. Service was great. No issues. Just can’t understand justifying that cost.

I thought the staff was super friendly and the store was clean. The staff was helpful and seemed like they genuinely cared about the customer, but they don't get a perfect score since it took almost 3 hours for a tire change and an alignment. The store was not even busy.

Had to return for the correct tires

The tires I needed for my vehicle weren’t in stock at the location I went to. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to order the parts, but it would have taken more time than I had available.

Make sure everything works properly before returning truck to customer. Not the best when the truck is returned and none of the electrical worked. Was an easy fix for them and didn’t have to wait much longer once I pointed it out

Employees should understand what types of cars need which type of oil plugs. Show that you care a little when you make big mistakes. Have your employees on the same level and communication needs to be better
