Big O Tires

I had a flat tire that I bought in with a nail in it. They fixed it and I brought it home and my son put it on my vehicle and discovered that it had another separate leak. I was about a half hour away and they were close to closing but stayed open and fixed my tire. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the the experience.

My family and I were from out of town and had a flat on the morning we were going to Zion National Park. I called and got the van over there, it was drivable, they had it fixed within an hour.

I just took my truck into the new Big-O tire in Hurricane. I was treated with respect, professional service, no surprises. I will totally vouch for it’s services. I recommend this Big-O.

I was on vacation in Utah with my wife and grandkids pulling a living quarters horse trailer. We had a blow out and I looked up big O tire because I know it’s a chain near our home in AZ. I called and spoke to a gentleman, explained the type, size and what the trailer is for. I was quickly given two options. When we arrived about 20 minutes later our tire was replaced in less than 1/2 an hour and we were back on our way! That was awesome!!! Everyone there was friendly and helped all customers I saw in the store with us quickly.

I appreciate these guys. They’ve helped my wife and I since they opened. I hope to continue a trusting relationship.

We are from California traveling, so this location would not be convenient. Will go to one in our area.
