Big O Tires

I was stuck. Unable to go to work. I had a screw in my tire. I called them. Scheduled for am the next day. They fit me in and got me on the road so I could go to work.

I have been to this Bio O Tires location a number of times and have always experienced knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer care. I would highly recommend anyone to Big O Tires not just for tire care, but other auto maintenance as well.

The associate was informative and extremely customer service oriented.

Big O location has been consistently honest and timely with diagnostic, estimate and repairs. Prices are fair, and no unnecessary upselling. Staff is quick to get car checked in so that people dont stand endlessly in line waiting. Checkout and payment was quick and friendly.

My warrantee will expire soon so I’ll need a place to start taking my 2022 Toyota Highlander. I came in to have a nail removed and the tire patched. My Toyota dealer will not patch a tire they deemed it “unsafe” to fix any type of tire repair no matter how new the tire is. I know depending on tire wear and the area of the repair that statement is not true so I went to the nearest tire store to my home which was Big O. I explained my situation to Chad and he welcomed me and explained tire programs and the different oil change options. I’ll need a good reputable auto center near me and I liked the info and the welcoming I received by my California Oaks (Murrieta) Big O again Chad was the person I dealt with.

Danny always goes out of his way to make sure im totally taken care of and communicates throughly throughout the process. The store is well stocked and the technicians always get it done right.

We came in with a slow leak in our right rear tire. Everybody there was super attentive and friendly and did everything they could to detect where the leak was coming from. Unfortunately, we could not figure it out. But it certainly was not for the lack of effort. They had three different guys come out to check the tire. So we were thoroughly satisfied with the service we got

The staff is very friendly and explained everything to me very clearly.

The tires were under warranty but I had to provide proof of tire rotations. Thankfully, I keep those records in the car but not everyone does. It discourages people from buying tires as it would seem like we need to jump through hoops to get a service we have paid for. The employees seem standoffish, half expecting an argument. They know the difficult position they are in.
