The staff is the reason we went with Big O after shopping around. Bill was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. They went out of their way to answer questions more than once and explain everything in Detail. If he hadn’t been so wonderful we would have gone to a differ t vendor that was less money.

Everything was done in a timely manner and they checked everything for me in order to ensure I have a safe trip out of town.
