I had been in earlier in the year to get a quote. I could not purchase there and then because I had to travel. Three months later Travis remembered every detail of my concerns and it was obvious where I should spend my money. The review of past tire purchases convinced me to upgrade to Cooper. During the install Travis pointed out some fluids were low. Travis andBig-O have won me over from the dealership for light maintenance. Good job.

I needed a specific tire which had to be ordered. But the wrong tire was ordered by accident. Once it was identified the right tire was ordered and the problem was resolved.
