Big O Tires

Danny always goes out of his way to make sure im totally taken care of and communicates throughly throughout the process. The store is well stocked and the technicians always get it done right.

We came in with a slow leak in our right rear tire. Everybody there was super attentive and friendly and did everything they could to detect where the leak was coming from. Unfortunately, we could not figure it out. But it certainly was not for the lack of effort. They had three different guys come out to check the tire. So we were thoroughly satisfied with the service we got

The staff is very friendly and explained everything to me very clearly.

The tires were under warranty but I had to provide proof of tire rotations. Thankfully, I keep those records in the car but not everyone does. It discourages people from buying tires as it would seem like we need to jump through hoops to get a service we have paid for. The employees seem standoffish, half expecting an argument. They know the difficult position they are in.

Friendly owner and staff. They were honest and inspected my car and fixed my rear brakes within a couple of hours. They were up front what the costs would be and didn’t have any hidden costs when I arrived to pick up my car. Very satisfied customer.

I had a nail in my tire so brought it in on Super Bowl Sunday to get it patched. Travis was very friendly and helpful and the repair was done quickly.

Travis was very prompt in getting us the appointment, and Chad continued to assist us throughout the car-repair period. They were both friendly, helpful and ready to assist. The premises are always clean and the staff makes the customers feel welcome. The location is also very close to our home, which is very convenient. We have been a customer of Big O Tires for a while and plan to continue taking our vehicle to them, only.
