Better time update. It was there for 1 hr and no update or vehicle wasn't worked on. I had made appointments days in advance. I would like to get compensated for my time. I was there more than 2 1/2 hrs

Associates failed to tell me that they were under staffed leading to waiting 3 1/2 hires for an oil change and tire repair. I was not approached by an associate in those hours and it took me going to the counter at 2 hours to get my car worked on.

Provide a better communication. I waited at the location and wasn't informed how long it would take. I waited 1hr 45min for just an oil change. Had such a headache.

I went in on a Friday morning to get an alignment and rotate and balance. I was told it would take all day and should schedule an apt. I scheduled an apt for Sunday at 1pm and it took 4 hrs. Ridiculous. And the problem with pulling to the left still exists. This location is understaffed and not like it use to be.

The service desk needs to be up front and to the point. I do not want to hear buy two and get two. The tires were $140.00, two should cost $280.00. By the time the bill was totaled the bottom line was $690.00. That is a bait and switch with numbers. Just tell me the truth, don't snow me with I'm getting this and that for free when free is costing me $400.00. We have been customers for years. Not any more.

I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change. I was told my car should be ready by 12:00. At 12:25 after waiting 1:25 minutes, they still had not started to work on my car. I had to take my keys back and run an errand. I returned at 12:45. My car was not ready until 2:00. People who have appointments shouldn't have to wait 1:25 minutes.

I paid for tire protection and i had a bubble on one of the tires they said it was covered but once i hot an estimate i still had to pay 100 out of pocket. I thought thats what warranty covers. Did not know i had to pay for mounting and balancing again. They say balancing and alignment is covered for the life of the tire but what does that mean if i had to pay for balancing again. And i felt they were forcing the new warranty protection on me even tho i didnt want it. Chad said i had to buy it in order for the old tire to be covered which doesnt make sense since i had protwction for thw damage one. Not happy going back to Americas tires for future tire needs.

I made a 10am appt for an oil change and it took 2 hours to complete. The associate who checked me in didn't advise that they were short staffed or were behind. I didn't know that it would take that long for a an oil change.

All sales associates should be educated on the pricing of their products

I brought my car in for an oil change and also to have my brakes checked because my vehicle was shuddering upon breaking. When I was told my car was ready, there was no mention about the findings of my brakes. I had to ask and was only told my pads were fine. When I asked why my vehicle was not breaking properly, the gentleman checking me out said he didn’t know as he was not a mechanic and I could bring the car back another day if I wanted. My receipt also said my car underwent a 22 point inspection. Typically I would receive the technicians results from that inspection. There were no notes given to me. It’s also noted on my receipt that tire replacement is recommended. I bought 4 brand new tires 2 months ago so I find that recommendation pretty comical. I also tried to use a $10 off coupon I received in the mail for a synthetic oil change. I was told I couldn’t use it and that I was already given a $30 discount as oil changes are $100. I’ve been hearing that same story for years now at this location.
