I think that there was a delay in getting the part. Nothing was communicated to me.

Not too happy with having to pay double with easy pay for my service.

No issue

Hard to stomach paying over $100 for an oil change.

The agent at the desk is not very warm nor welcoming.

Took 2 hrs. No appt due to unexpected flat. Wasnt given estimate of time verbally. Once i chk estimate invoice at home i saw employee had put 5pm for estim. Promised by. Doesnt leave much for customer to complain because now it seems 2 hrs was done in more than half the time. Kinda sneaky but its no biggie.

Nothing in particular, on hand selection was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Better than average

Be a little more competitive on the pricing, compassionate with the customer, knowing that it’s an emergency situation

While seeing I needed to get this valve stem replaced, they should’ve been a little more understanding as far as pricing goes for a simple valve stem to be replaced. Employees were extremely professional.
