Took 2 hrs. No appt due to unexpected flat. Wasnt given estimate of time verbally. Once i chk estimate invoice at home i saw employee had put 5pm for estim. Promised by. Doesnt leave much for customer to complain because now it seems 2 hrs was done in more than half the time. Kinda sneaky but its no biggie.

Be a little more competitive on the pricing, compassionate with the customer, knowing that it’s an emergency situation

While seeing I needed to get this valve stem replaced, they should’ve been a little more understanding as far as pricing goes for a simple valve stem to be replaced. Employees were extremely professional.
