Took to long, 2.5 hours, was started over an hour past appointment time

Mostly because I think I over paid for the services. Also I had to return my truck because the problem was not detected on the first estimate.

Adding superlatives like highly do not necessarily make the product or service better. As an English teacher, I tell my students to stay away from useless superlatives. Your team did a great job.

I was a returning customer and just figured I had gotten warranty but I was ignored by Travis

Didn't receive a phone call that the vehicle was completed until around 05:40. The person calling made me feel as though I should have already been there to pick up the vehicle. They were supposed to call when it was completed.

I made an appointment and it still took over two hours to get my car.

It took almost 2 hrs to rotate tires and check alignment. I think it could be done quicker.

They got me in and out very little wasted time

I was highly satisfied. Maybe I filled this thing out wrong.

I was very satisfied, could have liked updates during waiting, suspense and time management is important to me.
