Big O Tires

The only thing I saw that the associates messed up on was that said they would put my spare tire back in my trunk the way it goes but they did not put it in my trunk right.

I thought price was a little high replacing tire pressure sensor

Other than the higher courtesy of the associate, everything else was normal.

It took several hours for them to replace 4 new tires

It took them several hours to install all new tires

I am satisfied

I was told it would be an hour to do the oil change since I made an appointment but it took an hour and 30 minutes, but everyone there helping out was very courteous and kind so it was OK to wait longer

Dropped vehicle off between 930-10a and I had to call for a status update approximately 2-3p. Finally received a call around 4p and was told my vehicle was almost done. Arrived at 430p and sat around until close/or after closing. I want to make it clear I was not expecting a hour turnaround. A better communicated timetable for service would be great though. The front staff was courteous.
