I did not scedule an appointment. Had a nail in my tires that I purchased from BigO. They took care of us right away. Had them rotate the tires also while I was there (almost due for rotation). There was a problem that the tire lost air after they did the service so I had to return the next day to have it checked. They took care of the problem. Very pleased with their service!

Customer service was outstanding! Just a little communication problem with whether I needed wiring for the tuneup. I guess when replacing spark plugs wiring should also be done, but it was quickly taken care of. I really needed a ride back home and the owner provided transportation to my home and his wife picked me up. I REALLY APPRECIATED that extra effort in satisfying me the customer.
