Had an appointment for a tire rotation. Chad helped me right away and explained everything as well as the pricing. Upon inspection, Matt, one of the technicians, called me over and pointed out that my front brake pads were worn. He not only informed me, but showed me the pads and explained the hazards, so I gave them the green light to replace them. Great, friendly, and professional service! Will definitely come back!
