I was highly satisfied that Big O Tires took my vehicle in without an appointment. But I had to call nearly at the end of business for the status of my vehicle.

They are always very friendly and that means a lot to a customer.

I really liked that the service advisor recommended good brands at great prices, I felt they were looking out for my best interest, not just getting a bigger ticket, I came in for tires but because the price was good I had money left over to do a fuel system cleaning, oil change and all wheel alignment.
