Appt time was set up ahead. Provider took my info and explained what the service provided, and asked questions. Took my vehicle right away and the time frame quoted to me was about right. Courteous , asked questions about other services that might be needed, but did were not pushy.

Quick friendly service to get new wiper blades and my tires were checked out to let me know approximately how much tread is left.

Enjoy the maintenance of the tires for the life of the tire and service personnel do not try to up sell unneeded services

I bought all 4 new tires at Big O on Cal Oaks and bought the warranty, I unfortunately picked up a nail in my tire and they repaired my tire and topped off all of my fluids and informed me that it is time for my oil change, so I will make an appt after pay day to have that done as well, the people at our Big O tires have always helped keep my car in good running order and that is why i have almost 201,000 miles on it, thank you for your amazing service

They were able to take in our vehicle at the last minute. Were very helpful with locating the right tire for or vehcile.

Service was completed very quickly. One and a half hours previously at other locations. 45 minutes here. Very satisfied.
