The appointment and service was quick and easy. The attendant was was very detailed and explained the whole service. I felt frustrated because I felt my alignment was way off since I didn't the shop but they resolved the issue.

Very fast service, clear communication of what was happening and the costs involved, and reasonable prices for the work completed. All the staff make it a pleasure to visit this location, even if I had a bill over $1,500. Their professionalism makes it a pill less hard to swallow!

Oil change and rotation completed in about an hour. My dealer can't do that. And won't try to improve either. Very happy.

Results of alignment were explained as asked ( showed before and after specs ) and wheel balance is excellent up to 90mph ( fastest driven speed so far ).

The entire process was easy and the staff was on their game even though they were short on personnel that day. They did a great job and I look forward to taking my other vehicles there for service.
