Brought my 98 Tacoma in for an inspection due to an oil or transmission fluid leak. The Mechanic, Jordan Smith, thoroughly inspected and was only partially able to diagnose and locate the leak/leaks due to how oily and greasy the whole undercarriage is. He suspects the oil pan gas is seeping oil however the only way we can be conclusive is to get the engine and the entire undercarriage cleaned and de-greased, which is a service Big O does not perform. I was properly advised to find a place that performs that level of automotive detailing and immediately return to the shop so they can do a more detailed inspection and hopefully locate the root cause/causes of the leak. So that is exactly what I am going to do. Excellent, quality service. This Big O is very well managed.

They found a problem that has been nagging us for a long time, researched and found the bushings I need, ordered the parts, called me with the details, quoted a price and scheduled the repairs for Thursday, 06/22/23. Mike handled everything for us with fantastic communication, follow up and great detail. Awesome customer service!
