This store is always friendly and knowledgeable. I can trust their service and pricing. They have never recommended unneeded services to increase my costs to maintain our cars. We have used this store for years and will continue to as long as it is under this same management.

The cost of services is what it is, what makes it bearable is feeling like your business is appreciated. I have been taking my vehicles to this particular location for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. The employees are quick to welcome you and are always available for questions. I know this particular location has recently gone through an ownership change, however the service hasn't wavered.

I go to Big O Tires , to asked some help to check my car if really needed a new battery, even though I don’t have an appointment . Martin was helping me he so friendly and polite explaining to me if a need new battery and if there’s anything else he will call me . And my car done about an hour 30 minutes. Thanks Big O Tires doing a good job!

I did a last minute appointment for an oil change, and the guys at Big O Tires were able to get me in and out in about an hour.

They have the best mechanics. I needed engine work for my truck. I was turned down by every major repair facility in the area. They told me that they didn’t have enough trained personnel or that the truck was too old. The master mechanic Len stepped up and said he could do it. It was a major repair on an older toyota. when he was finished it literally ran like it did when it was new. I love my truck people try to buy it from me all the time. I want to keep it as long as I can. There is not enough words to say how happy I am with the work. These are people you can count on when you need them! I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. The murrieta Big O is far more than just tires.
