Customer service is important to me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It made me feel welcomed. This is the first thing I look for.

The sales associate was so pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a different bracelet style to hold my current charms. She also answered all my questions and cleaned my charms.

Candance provided great service. She is fun to work with. She is knowledgeable about her products and did inform me that I am able to bring my pandora charms for cleaning.

The sales rep was amazing. I wanted assistance designing stackable rings and a look a like wedding set. We talked and laughed and understood my style. It was a fun, wonderful experience.

This was a great experience I didn’t know what I wanted as far as charms I told the young lady a little about me and she just built it from there I will definitely be thank you so much I love my bracelet ❤️

The sales people were great. I have already been there twice already and had good experiences both times. They are going to call me when they get the little peace charm for the me collection. I am glad Pandora is back in Salt Lake.

Even though I was having lots of problems with payment. However, the manager got it worked out for me, and I am very, very impressed about the extra steps that the sales ladies have done for me. They definitely should be recognized cause I barely get to have the opportunity to experience this kind of service for nowadays. The sales ladies are extremely sweet and even tries to call the IT department to solve this problem for me. It is a very unforgettable experience for me. I would definitely visit the store in the near future.
