Outstanding customer service, Tara was extremely helpful, and friendly.

The associate that helped me was very friendly. She was knowledgeable and was patient with me trying to decide on what to buy. She was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Associates were very kind there was many pieces to choose from. They took the time to answer questions, and more than likely going to go back.

I only recently discovered the Farmington, Utah store. All previous dealings have been online. I came looking for two specific charm. The attendants were friendly, helpful and knew their charms. They were also beautifully presented as you would expect in a store like Pandora. The store was bright, shiny and super clean. One of the things I really loved about the service I received was that they understood my process in actually choosing a charm. No Judgement. I ended up only buying one of the two I had in mind however, the attendant tuned into my likes and showed me another option not on my list and that lovely charm came home with me also.

Jandy M was amazing. She has helped me before. I walk in and pick a ring and then say, design this with stacking rings. She always does a beautiful job. She invites other associates over to talk with us. The atmosphere is friendly and I love the Station Park Store.
