Naiya and Layalee were very helpful and helped me get the best deal for my first pandora bracelet. They helped me find my ring size, and gave me plenty of ideas for promise rings.

i explained i wanted to get a bracelet and they asked what kind of jewelry (silver, rose gold, etc.) brought me a booklet with all available options. helped me figure out which size i needed to fit, and i asked about a specific charms and she without hesitation grabbed it for me to see.

The store was very clean. The workers was nice. The wait was short.

I went to the mall today not expecting to buy anything at all but I noticed that Pandora was selling charms to one of my favorite movies guardian of the galaxy. Ida was extremely helpful and very kind with helping me select my charms and bracelet. She even gave me advice about bracelet I chose. She put me in such a great mood I even bought my little sister a charm as well. Ida is great at customer service and I will definitely will return again.
