So impressed with the friendliness and customer service. Moreover, I'm so glad this place is local and I can shop here from now on. Joann helped me pick out the food and post for my Birdfy that I recently purchased. Jeff showed me how to assemble the post. I signed up for the membership, and I will be a regular here to support local business as well as more supplies for my now, 3 birdfeeders!

I had placed my order online and had trouble with the credit card auth and my order apparently went through twice. The woman at the store called me right away to alert me and fixed the order. I was very appreciative that she called to let me know. They got the order out the same day I ordered online.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable about all of his products and was genuinely interested in birds as well as the rest of nature, protecting it as well as feeding it. He didn’t try to over-sell any of the inventory. The store was clean, well-kept, with an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Customer service is a lost art in today’s retail environment and it is refreshing to experience it in a natural and unforced way. I will be back! Eric
