All three assistances were very polite and knowledgeable and friendly. I was not put under any pressure to buy any mattress, but when I was introduced to the Tenpur range the staff were very good especially Jav and Emma, who I understand hasn't worked at the shop for many days. All in all a pleasant experience, even though I was £1677.00 worse off than before I entered the store.
