Everything I wanted completed was. I felt great afterwards.

Deloris was wonderful. She was so sweet and nice. She explained step by step what was happening because it was my first massage.

I got the booking time/day I wanted. Staff was polite and efficient. My therapist Adrianna did a great job!

My schedules are always variable so I book based on available timeslot, not therapist -- but have never had anything but a great experience with the mostly non-repeating staff

My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She recommended upgrades that made sense for my concerns. I purchased a product on her recommendation.

Andrea is incredibly good at her job! She’s always very friendly and great at talking without talking too excessively and has been someone I’m able to really relax with when getting a massage. I’ve never had an issue with reception or appointments either.

I love my regular massage therapist Michelle. She is the reason I come to Hand and Stone twice a month. If she leaves, I will not come as often or may look for other options. Please do everything possible me to retain her. I refer friends to her constantly.

I really enjoyed my experience with my aesthetician. She asked me questions and addressed my concerns but also let me relax during the facial. It was a good balance of informative and relaxing.
