I was looking to get a special gift for my girlfriend, and my mom recommended Pandora. When I entered the it was bright, and very clean. As soon as an associate was available, Lydia, eagerly came to my aid. I was already set on purchases, but she knew exactly what I needed to make this process smooth, and the gift one the most memorable. I definitely will return for cleanings and other items for sure.

I came the same day of my birthday and everybody was really friendly and nice. Giving an extra service from them like wishing happy birthday. They care about their customers

Sherry (the store manager) is extremely helpful! She made sure we got what we wanted and any requests (like changing bracelet bands) were accommodated. Very nice experience! Helen is great too!

The associate Helen was amazing! I initially came in for a Vegas charm and she showed me a travel bracelet which fits me because I’m always traveling. This purchase really melted my heart and her customer service and attentiveness for my budget was great as well. Thank you so much Helen once again.

The sales associate was super friendly, helpful and made the experience amazing. My daughter loves the Disney collection and we were able to buy some pieces that were on sale.
