A lovely employee named Helen had amazing customer service, showed me all the deals & options this store had, & even cleaned my bracelet.

I believe her name was Brenda. She was ever nice and patient with me since it was my first time buying a ring for my girlfriend. I had a couple of questions about charms and rings and she went out of her way to show me a variety to choose from. She also showed me different ways I can style the ring. Her customer service is amazing and I was in and out of the store.

Im always very satisfied when I come to this store. All the employees are so friendly, specially Melissa. Thank you for being such a great help!

On 05/06/23, we visited this store and left with issues related to the help we received and product we purchased. After returning home, we left a review regarding our visit. On 05/14/23, we returned to the store and were promptly greeted by Kimberly, who said she had read our review and was going to make everything "right" for us. Kimberly went to great lengths to make our visit an extremely positive one. She corrected the issues with the product we had and made returns and exchanges where she felt necessary, much to our satisfaction!. The Manager Sherry then approached us and apologized for the previous experience we had, which made us feel valued as a customer. Thank you both Kimberly and Sherry, for acknowledging us as valued customers and making this an extremely positive visit.
