Pandora Jewelry

The associate was not welcoming nor friendly. At the end of my purchase she just slid the bag to me and walked away. Negative attitude

I love love love Pandora! However this particular store, the sales associate was over aggressive with her sales (she tried to upsell me at least 6 times.) The necklace I chose, she cleaned, which was very nice however, it was tarnished in spots after cleaning and she tried to still sell it to me. Fortunately, there were more available in the store and we found one that was not tarnished, but only after I insisted on one that was not tarnished. She was a very nice sales person and I will shop there again.

The sales rep was rushing me and to worried about trying to take care of anyone new who walked in. I wanted to buy more, but she was to quick to jump to next person.

A rude gesture towards us. I believe that we should have been treated the same as other customers who visited the store. Not to be judge by our outside appearances.

***please note, we drove 316 miles round trip to this store *** Helen associate #227584 was initially helpful, but became pushy and high pressure. When we chose only to purchase “Pandora” cleaning solution kit, she became rude and only wanted our money. Helen also unbeknownst to us, added a $6 cleaning cloth to the purchase, which we didn’t realize until after we left. The cleaning solution already came with a cleaning cloth! When we arrived home, we found the cleaning solution container had been leaking, so we reviewed the return policy and found “opened or used items” are non-returnable. We feel this was a complete waste of our time and money to visit this store and feel given the amount of Pandora products we have purchased, we dismissed as returning customers. It’s high unlikely we will ever visit or purchase any other Pandora products.

We went in with my family in not the best looking clothes and was stared down by Kimberly and her worker we asked if they can clean our jewelry so she thought we just went in for the jewelry to be cleaned and not purchase anything so she wouldn’t pull out the whole tray to show out the merchandise will not be going there

My husband and I spend a lot money here for the poor service I received by Vanessa g so disappointed

Went in with a return. Had used a birthday coupon which the salesperson replied “we don’t send birthday coupons”. I explained that I had one and used it towards this purchase. She told me to go to the other store and try to get it back if I want. No consideration at all! Very unfriendly and poor customer service. (And I’m in customer service!)

What does it matter, this will never be read and nothing will be done. Sales associate Helen M #227584 was more interested in completing the sale than answering any of my questions. I felt I was just another person, make the quick sale and onto the next customer within 5 mins. She could not answer any of my questions but was already wrapping up the purchase item in a bag. Unprofessional, quick to make the sale (commission) and move on. She needs more customer service training in all aspects!
