The staff was very friendly. They greeted me at the door and there was no waiting so I was serviced quickly. The only problem was the selection was so great that I had a hard time choosing! Lol!

We were in and out of the store in a timely fashion. The associate was very knowledgeable knew where things were and also took the time to provide the best service. The associate also took the time to help provide care instructions on my charm bracelet as well as clean it and add the new charms we purchased.

At first I came in and glanced and left, but then something told me to go back to the store and ask about the Vegas exclusive charm. Sharon was more than happy to help and assist me. I noticed she had such beautiful bracelets and charms. She showed me such cute Disney charms and also Christmas charms. I feel in love with several items and she even gave me the idea of gifting a charm. So I bought an extra one! Sharon was amazing and I definitely will come back to see her.

The gentleman that was assisting me was incredibly helpful and had an incredible personality. It has a lot to do with your associates, they make everything so welcoming

The salesperson named Sandra M. was super nice and helped us get exactly what we wanted. She went above to help us with any questions we had.
