Sales person very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales person was very helpful and mentioned the quality of their merchandise was recommended. I think the price was reasonable and I felt confident about the quality of my merchandise.

Mikaela was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The previous day she facilitated me a catalog that was extremely helpful. The following day she recognized me and gave me excellent service because she gave me all the time I needed. As a sales person she was very passionate about the product line and overall she was very personable.

I was greeted quickly after we entered, it was busy but I felt recognised as an important customer. The Sales Manager was clearly aware of everything that was going on in the store and helped colleagues to understand who was next. I felt like I could take the time I needed to decide and I was happily reminded of a particular collection that I was considering. My only reason for not revisiting the store is that I am on holiday and therefore no longer local. All in all it was a superb experience.
