The sales person was rude. She didn’t know anything that we asked. We waited a really long time. And I’m pretty sure she made up the price on the spot.

The sales associate had the worst attitude, she was ticking her fingers in the counter. Shouted to another associate where to find the codes of the charms and I wanted the earrings that where at exhibition and she said she couldn’t sell them

I'm beyond upset and angry with this location. I was not greeted, no one acknowledged me. I went up to a salesperson, who I ended up buying a charm from. She was not knowledgeable about the charms and was rather unpatient. The worst thing about my experience is I ask to use my birthday 10% off coupon and she refused to apply it because she said it wouldn't work. I went home and found 2 charms they had in the store online. I saved to my cart for pickup at that same location to see if my coupon would work. It did infact work. I want refunded the difference. I regret going in there.

I paid 70$ and my charms bling fell out on Friday only 3 days after my purchase—- very unhappy and feeling very inconvenienced by the poor quality of the Pandora brand—- you may as Well get non authentic Pandora charms without the high price ….

The sales person Mía C Was really rude she dont help on nothing and she give me an used bag when I ask her to change it she doit but not in a good way

When I went to Pandora I knew that I had a few pieces in mind that I wanted to look at. I waited for someone to help me. I told him I was looking for a safety chain and some charms. He brought out the tray where they had the safety chains and left. I had another customer next to me and he was more interested in helping them. I asked him a couple of questions about a chain and some charms and he said he don't have them you have better luck going to another store. He didn't really pay attention to me and went back to helping the other customer next to me. He didn't offer to help me look for anything similar that I was looking for. I did pick up two charms and left right away because he didn't want to help me. I didn't get a chance to ask about the other pieces I wanted to look at, at this point I was unsatisfied. I was so excited to add to my bracelet and pick up some new things but came out really unhappy with the service I received since he did the bare minimum to help me.
