MacKenzie and the other sales associates were just wonderful! They were friendly and helpful and made my experience today such a pleasure :)

The first sales associate who greeted me immediately, was working with someone else, but I liked that she acknowledged me. She got me started, then asked Emma to take it from there so she could return to her customer. Emma was fantastic, a good listener, and very friendly to work with! I got a beautiful self-created necklace that is stunning!

When I went to the store I was told that you no longer replace broken charms and I was very upset over that with the amount of money that I spend there. The manager then proceeded to tell me that she will take care of it for me and did not want a very good customer leaving unhappy

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made suggestions and advised me of the promotions date so I will be back to make another purchase. I have 8 bracelets and one of the associates offered to put them in order, I am grateful.
