I went into the Downtown Summerlin location to purchase two puzzle pieces charms. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately with a smile & they engaged instantly. Upon telling the Associate what I needed she instantly went and got the items and asked would I like them wrapped separately or together. Politely asking whom my purchase was for I explained it was for My GiGi & I to have matching charms & I went into explain it’s her birthday and I was doing a Butterfly theme. The Associates (MacKenzie & Yari) went above and beyond to put a smile on my face. They gave me butterfly stickers to give to My GiGi within her basket. Before entering Pandora I was having a bad day they both changed that for me, it’s the little things that counts. Thank you is a small a word with a HUGE meaning, thank you so much MacKenzie & Yari for being PHENOMENAL! Customer service in the world has changed but once again they provided PHENOMENAL Customer Service and a PHENOMENAL experience!

The employees are on it soon as you walk into the store and have great customer service, very pleased with the cleanliness as well.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I needed a size bigger in both the bracelet and ring I purchased and both were available. Venice was great!!

I came in to purchase the hundred year Disney anniversary bracelet. I was very happy, It was in stock and it was for my anniversary. My sales associate Kimberly was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have 8 bracelets and I went to the store to get them cleaned. The machine to clean them was broken and they apologized for the inconvenience and although I wasn't there to purchase. They were friendly and invited me to look at the new items, the beautiful lady that helped me was so sweet and funny that I ended up buying 4 items again. This is a great store and always a great experience.

I go to Pandora often, the more I go the more I’m impressed by the amazing service and immense amount of merchandise in the store. I love Pandora and the feeling the atmosphere conveys.
