This Pandora store was very friendly, the sales associate was helpful. And they were extremely polite and easy to talk to.

The ladies there were very friendly and helpful . They guided me through applying for the credit card to get offers and access to other things and they even offered to clean my bracelet before leaving the store which was really nice. It was a great experience.

Esmeralda went out of her way to provide INCREDIBLE service to me from the minute that I walked into the store. I was in Vegas for a girls' trip with my BFF who had NEVER heard of Pandora before our visit. I wanted a Vegas charm as a remembrance (such a HUGE selection!). Esmeralda helped me choose a beautiful charm, reorganized my bracelet beautifully, and even cleaned it. I have NEVER had such an incredible and an above and beyond experience at a Pandora store. Esmeralda was fantastic and is a true gem (pun intended) for the Pandora brand. Please thank her again for such an amazing experience!!

Associate was very sweet and helpful for get my wife an amazing bracelet and I will be able to add to it. Just wish you had more travel options for charms but other than that great place.

Visited Pandora store after many years in one of the Vegas mall. The associate Melissa (I believe that was her name) was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly will definitely be returning to Pandora I have became obsessed with their products. Thank you!

I had a rose gold dice that was defective and discolored and the Caesars Palace wouldn’t do anything about it and were rude. Miracle Shop by Planet Hollywood took care of me I had bought the charm with my daughter in law in March 2022 and her dice was find mine wasn’t. They exchanged for a new one. Great customer service.
